I was very happily surprised by the fact I recieved a very good support to the previous version of Jigoshop (1.18.3), just before the release of Jigoshop 2 and just at the moment when the support for Jigoshop 1 was supposed to finish. Very good support!

I’ve had the unpleasant experience of migrating to the new Jigoshop. Though not a smooth transition, I managed to migrate with help from support, to find out that stock management is not implemented for variable products, as well as images. It’s been a major waste of time and money. Support basically said: “yeah, the new version doesn’t support that, sorry”. Why not wait and make sure people don’t lose important functionality with the migration? Thanks, Jigoshop!

Well designed product that is packed with features.

Very easy to configure, totally powerful features, and a tech support staff that REALLY delivers. I am a VERY SATISFIED customer. 🙂

We sell books, e-books, virtual, health related and promo products all over the world. We moved to Jigoshop because it can be upgraded and updated in many different ways depending on the user’s requirements. It is also easier to maintain than some systems out there. Although the interface is complex and takes time to learn about, the support is very responsive and cooperative. We did even buy a few extension plugins to increase the benefit we get from this great product. Great value for money.
