The online European Services Declaration (DES) service allows French companies, that sell services to EU member states, to enter and submit information about their transactions online to the relevant customs service.

This section explains how to install and configure the plugin.
1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/codefaeries-declaration-des directory, or install it directly from the WordPress admin interface.
2. Activate the plugin from the WordPress “Plugins” interface.
3. Use the interface from WooCommerce VAT Declaration to configure the extension.

I have to upload the XML file myself; can’t the plugin do it automatically?

Currently, the French tax authorities do not offer a publicly available API
for automatically submitting a European Services Declaration (DES)
as one would with a standard third-party API.
The DES submission requirement is handled through the Prodouane online service and the
manual or semi-automatic import of XML files generated according to the given specifications. -
