The WPC Free Shipping Bar plugin is a small improvement for your cart and cart notice. This is a solution to prevent the familiar scenario happens again and again on your site: Customers cancel their order just before the checkout step because of the little extra shipping fee.

Encourage your customers to increase their order value to reach the free shipping threshold will help decrease the abandonment rate significantly. It’s also good for upselling products in your store. Customers tend to navigate back and add more items to reach the free shipping threshold rather than abandoning their cart if you just add one small bar to tell them how close they are to get the free shipping.

It’s a common psychology thing in shoppers: say Yes to a $270 with free shipping rather than a $250 order with a $20 extra shipping fee. Consumers often think that they can get something in return for the amount they will pay for the shipping fee. This ends up that buyers adding more items to their order than their original intentions. That’s how it can help increase the average order value for your online store.

I initially thought using this plugin might be interesting, but it doesn’t work. Worst of all, if you need support, they’ll ask you to buy a premium version—which doesn’t even exist. Instead, they push you to buy another premium plugin, regardless of what it is. If you don’t, they won’t provide any support. Additionally, all their premium plugins come with limited-time support, so in the long run, you’ll be left “alone” to resolve any issues on your own. This company doesn’t have good business practices. If you’re a serious business, I strongly recommend finding a more reputable developer who stands behind their product. Once you have several of their plugins on your site, replacing them can be very time-consuming. So, even if their plugins seem nice, it’s better to stay far away from this company.

I love your plugin, but I got error log: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught DivisionByZeroError: Division by zeroafter checking your code, in the wpc-free-shipping-bar.php:523which is : $percent = 100 – ( $remaining / $free_shipping_min_amount ) * 100;and the $free_shipping_min_amount = $free_shipping[‘min_amount’] ?? 0;it has possibility to have an error calculation.please update it as soon as possible

Easy installation and setup, great support. I had an issue with free shipping items. That was resolved quickly with a plugin update and everything works fine now!

No issues, just installing and immediately works. Also on a custom theme. Just noticed it is not compatible with mutli-currency. It takes the USD value even though it is in EUR or GBP (whatever). Would love to see that coming.
