The plugin can be use just by installing it by wordpress admin or upload manually.
- Upload
wp-login-form-to-anywhereto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Now go to (login form) tab at wp-admin

Essential plugin for some sites! Good job!

I needed to turn off "Remember Me" from the login form. Author added an option to make that happen. I recommend this plugin if you this option.
