Don’t get confused with the term Referrer Spam or Referral Spam or Referer Spam. Google basically calls it Referral Traffic. It’s all mean the same thing.

While not instant or complete — mostly because there are always new “sources” appearing — this plugin greatly reduces the amount of ghost referral reports showing in WP GA.
