Windows 95, 98, and XP were the golden years of paint. You had a tool box and a color box, a foreground color and a background color, and that was all you needed.
You can add shortcode [wopo-paint] to page you want to show editor
You can edit your images on your Media Library Attachment details

- Open Painter with feature image or post images

- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/wopo-paintdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
- Use the Settings->General screen to configure the plugin
- Copy Designer URL on WoPo Paint Settings Section
- Add your custom link menu with Designer URL.
