Install the plugin from the Plugins page or upload the directory
woocom-disable-download-menuand all of its contents to the/wp-content/plugins/directory of your website -
Activate the plugin.

In my view this plugin is not needed at all because the solution in WooCommerce out of the box is simple.
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and remove the entry for Downloads in the Account endpoints section. Leave it blank and the menu will not be visible anymore on the accounts page.
