Not as a plugin should work. I didn't even try to configure it, because it overrides the theme settings for your sidebars, imposes its own html.

it doesn't appear any configurations, both if I install it by file or by plugin option

I use this plugin to add additional (i.c. sticky) posts to my frontpage. Very good. Thanks!

The 'tabs' to set the different settings do not work. Clicking a tab does not change the configuration screen.
So it's impossible to customize.
