Tidio WordPress chat plugin installation:

Yes, but you need to switch off the pre-chat survey. By default, Tidio shows a survey that visitors have to fill in before joining a live chat conversation.

Can I check if I missed any messages from my visitors?

Yes. All messages and live chat conversations are grouped and available in your panel. Tidio does not delete conversations. You can remove them permanently and clear the live chat history manually if you need.

It's a great plugin, the thing I could point at is that while the premium features are obviously great the problem I see with having the premium features included when installing is that you start setting up things you don't really need not knowing you might not have it in a few days unless you subscribe. I intend to subscribe eventually when I get my shop up and running with a steady income stream. Good plugin, with great value both free and premium alternatives. Appreciate the work! Edit: Noticed it limits the number of chats for the free version which I understand, but turned me away from the plugin.

I'm new to using the chatting system on my site. I tried a couple other plugins but I'm much comfortable with Tidio. I'm not able to afford the paid version at present but the free on is good enough for now. Please keep up the good work!
