描述
Using TB Search in Menu you can easily add a search item in your menu that will show a modern search form when clicked. All you need to do is activate the plugin and choose the menu location where you want your search item to be shown.

- Go to Plugins > Add New and search for TB Search in Menu. Install and activate it.
- Go to Appearance > Customize > TB Search in Menu and select the menu location you want. That’s it.
- Optional: Play with the settings located under the same tab in the Customizer.

I was looking for a plugin like this for a long time. It is working perfectly.
It would be great to have a little more documentation.
With some little CSS adjustments, I installed this on my main website built on the Genesis Framework.
+1 for autofocusing as finomeno pointed out in his review.

Does nothing, waste of time.

Works nicely.
Autofocusing the input field would help.
Just add $('.search-field').focus(); after line 6 in /js/main.js
