It works well because it is multilingual compatible (I use WPML), so you don't end up in showing english excerpts on the Italian homepage. It would be fantastic to have a feature to embed post images (not featured images, but post images). That would really boost to 5 star rating, making it better than several other plugin for which you even have to pay!
