Install and activate plugin.
Click on the new Pure Chat button in your left sidebar.
Click the button to take you to the Pure Chat widget selector.
Sign in or create a new account (If you’re not already signed in to Pure Chat).
Select a widget for your page.
Click the link to your Pure Chat dashboard and get ready to chat!

常見問題

Do I have to install any extra software?: No, just this plugin.
How can I change the appearance of the widget on my page?: You can change all your widget settings from your Pure Chat dashboard.
What pricing plans do you offer?: Check the Pure Chat pricing page for the latest info!
Does Pure Chat support other languages?: Absolutely! You can customize all the messages that appear in the chat widget and write them in whatever language you want.
Are there any ads?: No! There are no annoying ads in Pure Chat.
What do my visitors see if I’m not online to take their chats?: You decide! Your widget can display an offline indicator, disappear entirely, or let visitors email you with their questions.
Can I temporarily remove the chat widget from my site without losing my settings?: Yes, deactivating the Pure Chat plugin will stop the widget from showing up, but your preferred widget settings will remain for when you want to reactivate it.

Adds a lot of overhead, which can not be optimized – slows your site down. Good luck trying to speed optimize your site if you use this. Nice render blocking scripts dynamically loaded.

Doesn’t work on my website even if I followed the installation procedure step by step. Technical support is poor.

It works grate, but it does add a bit of extra time to to load your website when enabled. It uses Javascript, so that is heavy weight. I do like the dashboard and mobile app, no issues with those.
