With this plugin you can bind any PDF (including word documents saved as pdf) to a form, the plugin will fill the pdf using the form information and will attach the result to the WPForm emails.

tl;dr – If you’re looking for a plugin that automatically fills in a fillable PDF when a WPForm is submitted, and then attaches that PDF to the default WPForms notification emails, this is the one, buy it now.
I have been using this plugin since 2021, just about 5 years now, and it has been an excellent experience the whole way through. I’ve found it to be very easy and intuitive to use. At this point it has filled thousands of PDFs for us and has become the dependable backbone of many of our internal processes that used to be completed manually.
Beyond that, the developer is by far the most responsive that I have ever worked with. I had a request for a feature and within 48 hours he added it and released a new version of the plugin. It works perfectly.

Plugin loads, then won’t open a pdf – then stops working. Yup.
