- Upload plugin directory to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the
Pluginsmenu in WordPress - After activation, you can set options from
WooCommerce -> Checkout Fieldsmenu

Great plugin for adding checkout fields with conditions. I’ve tried many plugins this is the only one that works without having to add the pro version like others.
It is lightweight and functional and easy to use.

Checkout Field Manager is an awesome plugin for WooCommerce shop, you can add extra fields in 13 sections, or even can make changes in core Billing or Shipping fields and much more.
