Excellent plugin to build your audience list on MadMimi. Easy to use, works very well, nice web forms. Love the geolocation feature. Thanks for the integration.

I tried four tiny forms, which either didn’t work or were a mess. This is excellent, very easy to customize and worked in the footer widget.
This is how Plugins should be.
