Allows me to manage my inventory and publish listings across multiple selling channels (woo, etsy, ebay)seamlessly all for an incredible price. This is especially important for me because I sell one of a kind items so over selling is a big deal. Litcommerce keeps that from happening with their timely inventory sync. The interface and application are clean and super easy to use. Publishing is a breeze with their templates. Has some bugs that come up occasionally but they are dealt with quickly by an extremely responsive development and customer support team. The best part is they have an unlimited free trial that lets you have twenty listings so you can try before you buy.
I've used this for a couple months and while it did cut down the amount of time it takes for me to post to both my WooCommerce and Etsy sites, it has a lot of bugs that prevent it from being reliable. In its current state of development, I would not recommend this. I'm hoping in a year or so things will stabilize and improve, but for now, I'm moving on to something else.
Most of this review pertains to syncing products from WooCommerce into Etsy.
The worst part is when bugs regress (get fixed, but then come back in a later update), such as templates ignoring the variables in them. This is pretty big for me, because I have it alter the titles and descriptions when I push to Etsy, but sometimes it doesn't pull the "old" data in, just the variable name.
Templates also do not apply all fields, such as the "Materials" field or the default category. Again this is hit-or-miss, every update changes the fields that don't pull in from the template.
Some linked items still show up in the filter as being unlinked, even though they clearly are and can be seen as linked when you click on them. The products that show up here also change from update to update.
Last, the shipping weights and size do not pull into the listing. This means that after I do an import, I have to go into Etsy and add that information to every imported listing.
I think this product has a great potential to be a valuable tool for any e-commerce owner, and already is better than some of the ones I tried so far. It's not perfect yet, but the developers are adding changes regularly, and the customer service so far has been excellent. As a vintage seller with one-off products on WooCommerce and Etsy, I have additional requirements especially when it comes to product attributes. Developers clearly pay attention to user needs as they keep responding with bespoke changes to resolve the issues.
