Sorry to say that even the plugin is a complete solution for medical clinic but plugin is not working, even though i have added 10+ doctors with sessions but while appointment booking its say "select doctor or clinic is not available". tried every possible way even though complete uninstalling og WordPress. Sometimes do not shows doctors, other issues are there also, kindly fix it.my website url is https:theroyalmedical.in

Wast of money and time. No way to customize dashboard

Wast of money and time. No way to customize the dashboard, even for paid version. The author does not response to our concerns. The dashboard is delivered with minified js. In their presentation they said that the dashboard is made with VueJS, but the source is not delivered or does not exist. Wast of money and time, Wast of money and time, Wast of money and time. N.B: if I'm wrong, please explain to me and to the other customers how we can customize the dashboard, and where can we download the VueJS source code.

Great Plugin And The Greatest!

The only plugin for running an online digital clinic, fulfilling all of my needs. Some themes and cache plugins may not be compatible but after trying a few themes and by removing the cache plugin I solved the issue which was found in the user interface of the appointment widget provided by this plugin. Update; I purchased the pro addon and I am fully satisfied. I am going to purchase the Zoom telemed addon as soon as possible.

They went to market too soon, too many problems and the process flow sucks!!

I have tested both free and paid version and the outcome is they went to market too soon, the plugin is totally not working, in future when you develop something in that nature have a thorough research in the industry. the following issues i picked up: 1. The patient can delete their own encounters 2. The patient can delete the reports that are uploaded by doctors 3. The patient can upload reports (that shouldn't happen) this is just to mention few issues and i feel like it was a total waste of money to purchase this plugin.
