Follow these steps to install:

Install and activate plugin JW Player for WordPress – Flash & HTML5 Video Player.
Upload the entire jw-player-snapshot-tool folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
