This plugin is for WordPress 3.0+ only.

- Upload
gpp-welcome-message-widget.zipto the/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
- Go to your Widgets panel and add widgets to the new widget area.
