It’s simple to install..

Upload google-plus-share-and-plusone-button folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
You can setup the plugin from Google Plus Setting under the Settings menu.

Styling :
To modify buttons location etc., button is contained by a div with id googleplussharebutton
