Simple steps:
- Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation.
- Then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.
- Done!

A nice plugin if you don't have time to hardcode your theme, but overall it works just great. Love using it to make each category have it's own unique, heavily modified template.
