描述
Creamailer extension for Contact Form 7. This plugin adds new subscriber to Creamailer list on form submit if they have opted in for newsletter subscription.

- Unzip files to the
/wp-content/plugins/cf7cmdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- In Contact Form 7, click on
Creamailertab and fill required fields.

Subscriber will only be added if all required fields are filled and user has
opted in. Opt-in should be a checkbox.
