描述
Let your BuddyPress members edit their activity posts and replies on the front-end of the site. You can even set a time limit for how long activity posts should remain editable.
Just activate the plugin, and every activity post and reply will become editable, styled automatically by BuddyPress to fit with your theme.

From your WordPress dashboard
- Visit ‘Plugins > Add New’
- Search for ‘BuddyPress Edit Activity’
- Activate BuddyPress Edit Activity from your Plugins page.
From WordPress.org
- Download BuddyPress Edit Activity.
- Upload the ‘buddypress-edit-activity’ directory to your ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, etc…)
- Activate BuddyPress Edit Activity from your Plugins page.
Configuration
- Visit ‘Settings > BP Edit Activity’ to configure plugin options.
- Adjust the CSS of your theme as needed, to make everything pretty.

Yes, it requires BuddyPress to work.

Yes, BuddyPress Edit Activity should work with any theme, and will adopt your BuddyPress styling for activity editing. It may require some styling to make it match perfectly, depending on your theme.

Upon certain conditions, for example, editing an activity status in which there is a link, the edit button allows the user to see the html using to make the link and thus reveals possible points of attack on the site.

Youzer have recently disabled this plug-ins ability to work with their plug in installed. I would urge the developer of this plug in to speak with them and ask that they don’t block plug ins like this.
I would give higher star rating. But will change when I can use it again!

Could you update this please? I really need this functionality for my site. The top-level comments are editable, but on all replies the edit button doesn’t give a field to edit. It shows the Save/cancel buttons like it is trying, but no field appears.
