This plugin adds a customizable Better Follow Button at bottom right corner of your Jetpack-powered WordPress.org site.
The plugins integrates with the built in subscription manager of the Jetpack Plugin to collect the email of the subscriber and handle distribution of new posts via email.
NOTE: This plugin requires the Jetpack plugin to be installed & activated

I cannot install this. I receive a fatal error upon installation.

Great plugin. Just please fix the Email Placeholder Text issue.

This was exactly what I was searching for. Only activation of the plugin and you're done. 😉
Unluckily it is not maintained anymore.

Hassle-Free 1-Click Installation. Just Install and Activate, that's it...No other configuration needed.
But remember, you must have Jetpack installed and subscriptions module must be Active!
