The plugin includes a lot of functions, which is great, but unfortunately, it also has too many bugs. It’s taking us a lot of time to work around them, and some of the functions simply don’t work properly. For example, the “badgeos_revoke_achievement_from_user” function is not functioning as expected, and some metadata, such as “_badgeos_achievements,” is also not working properly. We have encountered other issues as well. Furthermore, the support team has not been responding to our inquiries. I am giving this plugin 4 stars solely for the opportunities it offers, not for the poor support and numerous bugs.

I have sent in 2 requests for support as the social sharing plugin will not work. Not only have I not received ANY replies, no email confirming I sent in the ticket was received.

BadgeOS is the only solution that allows to issue Open Badges with Wordpress which are perfectly compliant with the standard. If you are a developer you have the total freedom to customize it thouugh extensive APIs, otherwise you can achieve a good level of tailoring using a vaste collection of add-ons. I definitely reccomend the product if you are in the process to implemtent Open Badges issuing to your business.
