Backup Master for your website
- Go to Plugins > Add New Plugin*, search for Backup Master for your website and click “Install now”
- Alternative method, download the plugin and Upload the Backup Master for your website folder to the /wp-content/plugins/directory
- Activate the plugin
- Now Go to Settings > Backup Master for your website. Choose the option as database only or both database & files.
- Generate backup. Within snap of fingers your backup will be generated.
- That’s all

Yes, for that you need to select the option “Both database & files” and click on generate backup.
