Author Box for Divi

A plugin which provides an author box for the Divi theme blog posts.

Using this plugin, a simple author box that will show the WordPress author bio will be displayed automatically at the bottom of all your Divi blog posts (both blog posts built with the Divi Builder and blog posts built with the classic WordPress editor).

The plugin will show the author’s gravatar icon by default. Or you can use your own image, just enter the URL of your profile image in Users > Your Profile. You can also specify the URLs for your social networks profiles (only those that you enter will show in your author box).

Other features of this plugin allow you to specify the Name Prefix (you can write e.g. “Author” or “Written by”), Text Color, Background Color and Border Color.

This plugin works with any WordPress theme, but has been developed to work particularly with the Divi theme.

安裝

  1. Search for the plugin in the WordPress plugin directory in your WP admin dashboard
  2. Click “Install Now” and after that activate the plugin
  3. The plugin will already be active
  4. Adjust the plugin settings in WP admin panel in “Users > Your Profile” and “Author Box for Divi”

Plugin works great and is very lightweight, but I want to highlight the amazing support experience I had. My client needed a specific feature which wasn't available for their author boxes, and instead of making me add custom code, they straight up added the feature to the plugin, and within days! My client is very satisfied, and so am I. Thanks Andrej!

Very Nice Tool for Divi Blog Sites

While there are ways to add an author box using Divi's native tools, it is a long process. This plugin makes it very easy to add the author box along with formatting options. The authors are responsive to input and even helped resolve an issue with an option on where to display the box.
